    CEO of PR News

    Lilia Glazova started her career at the Moscow Foundation for the Promotion of Parliamentary System and Social Information in 2001.

    In 2002 – 2005, she then worked as an analyst at PRP Weber Shandwick.

    She joined PR News in 2005 in the position of Head of Analytics and was promoted to CEO in 2007.

    Lilia holds a degree in sociology from the Moscow State University and a degree in economics from the Russian State Open Railway Transport University. She completed an MBA course at the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh in 2014. 

    Member of the Russian Public Relations Association. Nominee for Russia’s Media Manager of the Year 2015 and is ranked on Russia’s Top 1,000 Managers in Executives, Services.

    Regular attendee at industry events including the Baltic Weekend, AMEC International Summit on Measurement, PR Russia Forum, Russian Association of Communications and Corporate Media Executives Digital Communications in Russia, and PR Days in Moscow.

    Gives lectures at the Moscow State University, MGIMO, RUDN University, MACS, Moscow PR School and Russian Higher School of Economics.

    Regular judge at industry competitions and awards including the Crystal Orange Awards and Silver Archer Awards.

    Managing Director of Fleishman-Hillard Vanguard, president of Orta Communications Group

    Elena Fadeeva is one of most reknowned communications leaders in the region. She founded Vanguard PR in 1993 and now leads FleishmanHillard Vanguard in Russia and CIS today. She is president of Orta Communications Group, which unites agencies across sectors and areas of expertise from strategic consulting to special events.

    Elena advises clients on matters of reputation management, public and strategic communications and integrations, international communications. She leads multi-discipline and global solutions, including multi-agency models.

    She is honorary chairwoman of the Russian Communications Consultancies Association (ICCO country member), head of Communications Group of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and head of Professional Services Industrial Committee, Association of Managers of Russia. In her role as vice-president of the Russian PR Association, Elena is the author of the United Code of Ethics in Communications in Russia and has recently co-authored National Text Book on PR.

    Elena is a co-founder of Leadership Dialog Forum and Eventiada Awards, the largest national leadership and communications platform in the region.

    Elena Fadeeva is a recipient of numerous prizes and awards, including the Media Manager of Russia Award for Contribution to the Industry, and was featured in the Top 1000 Russian Managers rankings for four straight years in the CEO category.

    She has background in law and international business management and has been an associate professor at the National Research Institute – Higher School of Economics. Today Elena is on the board of Russian Social University and program advisor at the Moscow State University.

    Chairman of the Board Directors at the AGT Communication Group, Vice Chairman of the Commission on development of information society, mass media and mass communications.

    Vyacheslav was born in Belarus. In 1983, he graduated from State University Saint Petersburg State Institute of Technology (Technical University) (in the past – Lensoviet Leningrad Institute of Technology). PhD in Philosophy.

    For many years, he was actively engaged in public and political activities. In 1991 -1999, Vyacheslav was the head of the Russian Union of Youth. In the presidential elections, he was a trusted confidant of B. Yeltsin, later – of V. Putin.

    In 1996, he founded AGT Agency. Today, AGT Communications Group consists of 7 different companies, each specializing in its own field: AGT Communications Agency, AGT Telecom, Imagine, Geotour,BeMobi, Medialine and Smyslographia. In addition to this, AGT has 7 branded regional offices in major Russian cities and two offices in CIS countries

    Vyacheslav Laschevsky is a winner of numerous industry award. He is a member of The Russian Academy of Public Relations (RAPR) and member of Board of Trustees of Silver Archer Award.

    Co-Head of the Committee on Development and Cooperation with Industry Associations and new members of AKOS

    Founder and President of Pro-Vision Group, General Director of the marketing communications agency Pro-Vision Communications.

    Vladimir was born in Sochi. In 1996, he graduated from State University of Land Use Planning with a major in Architecture Engineering, and in 2005, he graduated from the Department of Journalism at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where he completed a professional retraining program in Public Relations and Advertising.

    PhD in Philology (2007).

    In 1993, he started his career as a PR Manager in APR Group, and in 1995, co-founded and became a partner of the PRP Group PR agency. In 1998, he founded the Pro-Vision Communications PR agency, and in 2004, established the Pro-Vision Group.

    Vladimir Vinogradov is the developer of effective practices in PR communication. His proficient experience and methods have repeatedly become the subject of multiple studies. Vladimir initiated the creation of a number of successful projects, which impacted the development of the industry not only in Russia, but also abroad. Such major projects as the development of the Internet monitoring automated system WebScan, which has operated in over 15 countries around the world, the first online PR agency in Russia www.PRonline, have gained recognition in the professional community.

    In 2005, Vladimir Vinogradov was awarded by the Russian Association of Public Relations (RASO) for his contribution to the PR industry development as well as promotion of the profession.

    He is a winner of a number of prestigious and international industry awards: SABRE Awards, Gild Quill, Serebryany Luchnik, IPRA Golden World Awards, etc.

    In 2013, he received the Media Manager of Russia award for the creation and steady development of one of the largest independent communications holdings in Russia. He became one the first five Russian professionals accredited according to the standards of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), becoming an Accredited Business Communicator.

    Since 2017, Co-Chairman of the Committee for Development and Cooperation with Industry Associations and new members of ICCO (International Communications Consultancy Organization). 

    Serafima Gurova

    CEO & founder of RODNYA Creative PR Studio

    In communication industry since 2008.She started her career in The Walt Disney company.In 2009 she switched to the agency side and moved to R&I Group, where she launched a PR department in 2010. During her career with R&I, PR department became a reliable revenue generator for the whole agency.

    Since 2015 Serafima develops her own PR studio RODNYA which boasts a conceptually new approach to communication–making every creative idea newsworthy. Serafima is also a notable member of the advertising community holding several international industry awards, including Cannes Lions, Epica, EFFIE, Cristal, Red Apple,Golden Hammer, WhiteSquare, Silver Mercury, RuPoR, PRAVDA Awards. RODNYA is the only PR agency in Russia to be included in the national creativity ranking by AKAR.

    Serafima is the first ever representative of Russian PR industry to be included in judge panel of D&AD Awards.
